1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any GrowlerZ Paranormal Tools application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

  • Our apps are intended for entertainment and paranormal investigation purposes only.

  • You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for illegal purposes.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your device is compatible and that you comply with local laws when using the App.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use our apps.

  • You are responsible for maintaining control of your device and safeguarding any content you generate (such as EVP recordings).

  • Any paranormal “results” generated by the App should be treated as entertainment only.

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Apps without prior written permission.

5. Paid Features & Purchases

  • Some Apps may include in-app purchases or Pro features.

  • All payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing.

  • Purchases are final, subject to Google Play’s refund policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or results of using the Apps.

  • Paranormal detections, sensor readings, or word generation should not be considered scientific evidence.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowlerZ Paranormal Tools shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Apps.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, device issues, or reliance on paranormal results.

8. Third-Party Services

Some Apps may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Play Services, AdMob, Firebase). Your use of these services is subject to their terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Apps at any time if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Apps after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
